Club Equus discounts hospitality information eventing horses

INFORMATION CENTRE

The Club Equus office will be open for calls Monday to Friday between 1pm-5pm. Information relating to events will be updated and available to members daily. The Club Equus office will be able to answer any questions and offer information such as:
• when and where the major events are and the event attractions
• how to get to these events, accommodation and local restaurants while there
• suggestions for other sites of interest that can be explored while visiting the event, such
as local tourist attractions
• Club Equus will offer assistance and encourage their members and newcomers to the sport to join other clubs and associations that will benefit their particular interest in any of the 3 equestrian disciplines

HOSPITALITY

Club Equus will offer it’s members the opportunity to enjoy VIP hospitality at some of Australia’s leading events. Members and their guests will receive priority and substantially discounted entry to the Club Equus VIP marquees.
Events proposed for 2006 will be:

• Sydney International • Adelaide International • Lakes and Craters - Victoria

Members are encouraged to suggest events they would like to see Club Equus at on our 'Feedback' page. Club Equus members will be wined and dined in VIP marquees. Fine food will be served with premium wines as well as all day tea, coffee and refreshments. Members will be able relax at the best location on the course in a wonderful marquee with seating, wet weather panels, heating or cooling and toilet facilities. A separate marquee will be provided for jumping and dressage days. Designated parking areas and streamlined ticketing negotiated with each event will remove the hassle of entry. Shuttle transport will be available to the Club Equus marquee, if possible. A full days program will be developed for each event to compliment the day’s competition such as riders view of the course, meet the VIPS, stable tours, ride the course (in a luxury car), your own commentary, meet the press and guest speakers.

NEWSLETTER

Club Equus members will receive a quarterly newsletter that will inform members as to main events that are coming up on the calendar. It will contain information on local accommodation, how to get there, recommended restaurants and other tourist attractions. The Club Equus newsletter will cover the latest news, results, and other interesting topics in our sport as well as information on Dressage and Showjumping. Best of all, the newsletter will contain discount coupons from our preferred partnership program, offering discounts from very well known and respected businesses.

DISCOUNT PROVIDERS

Club Equus has secured an ever growing base of discount providers that offer amazing discounts and specials exclusive to Club Equus members. Coupons will be sent direct to members to redeem their discount from the relevant provider. For details on our discount providers please refer to the 'Sponsor' page.
